Simconnect_TransmitClientEvents problem

I do have trouble with some Simconnect_TransmitClientEvents. AS an example I use the below command to decrease the ADF values when rotating a knob on my hardware. The ADF value changes in the sim, but not as I want to. SimConnect_TransmitClientEvent(hSimConnect, 0, EVENT_ADF_WHOLE_DEC, 0, SIMCONNECT...

FSInt the best Joystick and KeyPress utility for PMDG airplanes

Hi,

Check out this new FSInt application to let you bind any PMDG B737, B747 or B777 cockpit switch, button to your joystick buttons or keypresses.
Get a few BU0386X cards and some switches and buttons and build your own home cockpit.

Re: Joystick buttons not detected in P3Dv4.5

Problem solved:)
I got the joystick buttons to work by changing from RawInpout to DirectInput in the Controller setup.

[RESOLVED] Joystick buttons not detected in P3Dv4.5

I have some Opencockpits USB Axes Cards connected to my PC. They are advertised as standard Joystick compatible. Both Axes and Buttons are all detected by Windows and FSUIPC. So with FSUIPC, everything is OK. But, in Prepar3D's Control setup, only the cards axes are detected, no buttons are detected...

Re: Setting MIP with P3d and FSUIPC

I run OC4BAv4 software on 1 PC using 1 GPU GTX 1070 + TH2Go to fill main view and all MIP screens.

No need for 2nd PC or ProSim as I use PMDG B737NGX. Simpler, cheaper and better than other solutions.

How to move active airplane to another location?

Is there a SimConnnect "way" to move active airplane to another location either by help of GPS cordinates or runway/gates data. I am not looking for the usual way of selecting a new start point and having P3D to reload everything, but e.g. as done with the slewing function and additional p...

Re: Scenario location mismatch

I see this as a BUG that LM should clear.
When loading a saved scenario, the scenario page should reflect the data in the scenario file(fxml) as this data is the ones that are used when the you hit the "OK". The Weather and Time/Season data are also not correct.

Re: Scenario location mismatch

Just to clarify a little more.

When loading the scenario that has the aircraft at the start of the runway, P3D says RAMP CARGO, but when hitting OK
it loads and start correctly at runway.

So it loads and start at the correct place, but P3D says RAMP CARGO.

Re: Scenario location mismatch

Ohh, forgot that.

I am using the latest v4.5 Client.

The saved scenario is from v4.4, maybe that is the problem?

Scenario location mismatch

When loading a saved scenario to P3D, the location window shows not the correct location.

It happens on both default and addon airports.

See attached image where loaded airplane's coordinates is start of runway 0L at ESSA, but P3D says RAMP CARGO.

Re: Undocking panels/displays in airplane to other monitors gives huge drop in FPS

Some more testing results in Windows 10 Pro Fall Edition 1809 with both Windows Game and NVIDIA Overlay disabled: Using PMDG B737-800 with all instruments undocked gives: with Vsync enabled and FPS limit set to 30 FPS drops to 15 in Virtual Cockpit view with Vsync disabled and FPS limit set to 30 FP...

[RESOLVED] Undocking panels/displays in airplane to other monitors gives huge drop in FPS

I know this issue has been addressed here and in other forums several times, but I am not sure of the official status of this issue. As we are now soon in version 4.4 and still have this issue I wonder what is LM's statement on this: 1. Is the issue a P3Dv4 issue or an addon airplane issue? 2. Or is...

Re: Windows Definition is disabled in View menu

Thanks, Got it fixed and enabled again after pasting in the text: <Name>Top-left Corner</Name> <Position>0,0</Position> <Size>1024,1024</Size> <Docked>True</Docked> between the <WindowDefinition> lines in the xml file. Without this definition the menu is disabled. Lesson learned.

Re: Windows Definition is disabled in Views menu

In P3D's menu bar there is a "Views" menu. In this menu there is sub menu "Window Definitions".

When I first started up the P3Dv4.3 I could access this sub menu, but not any longer. How do I get it back to create new windows?
