have you checked your VRAM usage? I had some CTDs with the TFDi 717 because of VRAM, after reducing the VRAM usage (disabled EA and some other stuff) it is working again.

Many Developers have just ported theier addons without optimizing it for DX12, thats often the cause for the high VRAM usage....

it will depend on what LM has fixed in each modul of the installer. If there are fixing in Scenery/Content it is suggested to update them as well.
You should always try to have the same version of the whole simulator installed to get all latest fixes/features

no problem I am using the same scenery for my Sim including the freeware airport combined with the FSDT Airports it is a very nice area to fly

a photoreal scenery often comes without building/trees (autogen). You need to download it seperate or create it on your own.

have you checked your outputdevice for communication in P3D? Sometimes is has been set to a headset or so that you are not using and then you do not hear any ATC

Hey Guys, so far AI traffic was mostly limited to BGL based traffic. Using BGLs it was almost impossible to add realsitic AI Helicopter Traffic to the Simulator.
