Yes Sir in all attempts. regularly this happens aprx. 30 to 45 minutes once splash screen it's active.
Re: PD3v4.5 Crash after Splash Screen Running at T+22 to Dep
fernandito1969 did you solve the problem?
I have had a similar problem for several months.
Prepar3d either suddenly disappears without an error message or sometimes an error occurs in the Event Viewer, each time a different .dll.
Sometimes it can work 7 hours without a problem and sometimes it disappears every 5 minutes.
I do not know what's going on.

Which version of P3D are you using 4.xx xx (hot fix?)Rooney wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 8:23 pm fernandito1969 did you solve the problem?

Do you reboot your PC before each flight?

Prepar3d 4.3.
A reinstalled P3D client, reinstalled Active Sky, reinstalled ChasePlane, reinstalled NET Framework 4.6.2, reinstalled Visual C++ 2013, 2015 and 2017, reinstalled DirectX, tried different graphics drivers, change graphic card to GTX 1060, change RAM, reset BIOS and many other things and... no results.
I tried fly without addons, without sceneries (disabled all scenery in Scenery Library), changed graphic options (sliders to minimum), deleted prepar3d.cfg, deleted scenery cfg, deleted cache shaders, deleted exe.xml, deleted dll.xml... No results.
All another games and programs like Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro works great for a years but only Prepar3d suddenly shutdown without an error.
This even happens on default aircrafts, default airports.
E.g. I made a flight around the world through both poles and from Europe to Africa Prepar3d disappeared about 15 times, from Africa to Antarctica it was OK, and from Antarctica to New Zealand it began to disappear again.
However, it does not depend on the aircraft or the place in the world, it just suddenly disappears anywhere.
I have to save my flight every 5 minutes and - if dissappeared - then load, what is very frustrating, especially with payware aircrafts (it doesn't always load correctly).
I have not updated to 4.5 HF2 because I have read many threads about that updates do not help and even new bugs appear.

Allow me to quote:
"I have not updated to 4.5 HF2 because I have read many threads about that updates do not help and even new bugs appear."
That, quite simply, is a load of bull. Before you go any further, update to HF2. Without that, all the other updates make no sense.

@Rooney,
Do you reboot your PC before each flight?
You mentioned:
"All another games and programs like Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro works great for a years but only Prepar3d suddenly shutdown without an error."
"Prepar3d either suddenly disappears without an error message or sometimes an error occurs in the Event Viewer, each time a different .dll."
What were the dll errors?

Re: PD3v4.5 Crash after Splash Screen Running at T+22 to Dep
In 90% of cases Prepar3d shutdown without error. Just dissapear.
In 10% of cases Prepar3d crash with errors "APPCRASH": api.dll, atc.dll, kernelbase.dll, facilities.dll, ucrtbase.dll and other dll.
Almost every time is another dll.
But sometimes error is:
Application: Prepar3D.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an internal error in the .NET Runtime at IP 000007FEF4383B88 (000007FEF4380000) with exit code 80131506.
Sometimes it is:
Application: Prepar3D.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException
Sometimes it is exception code 0xc0000005
That's why I think the cause is in the .NET Framework or Visual C++.
So I reinstalled them and no results.
But I know that Prepar3d may crash if I do other things on your computer during the flight.
However the most frustrating are these sudden shutdowns without error.
And yes, I tried rebooted PC before flight, no results.
I have already reinstalled everything related to Prepar3d: client, add-ons, Active Sky, PMDG, Visual C ++, NET Framework, DirectX, graphics drivers ... All I have to do is reinstall Windows.

Which version of Windows?
How old is your PC?
Is your PC a store bought name brand? or did you build it?

@Rooney,
The problem seems to me to be in your Windows installation, with the various problems that you mention.
We need to know the Windows version, as Vaughan says, but also:
Have you run Windows Update?
When you installed the .NET Framework and C++, what exactly did you install?
And there will be more questions after this, but you shouldn't need to reinstall Windows, at least not yet....

Re: PD3v4.5 Crash after Splash Screen Running at T+22 to Dep
@Rooney,
Goto your windows update and look for a .net runtime update, on mine with the win10 update 2 weeks ago, both P3D and FSX stopped working with errors but they did give me runtime error.
After the win 10 update the .net runtime update did not automatically install, I had to manually run it.
After that both FSX and P3D were OK, if you don't see it, look to see if you have hidden any updates.
regards
Steve

Re: PD3v4.5 Crash after Splash Screen Running at T+22 to Dep
After quiet consultations and troubleshooting came to the conclusion that the main reason for the deficiencies in my Pd3v4.5 Sim to run smooth and correct it's due to the fact that my current system it's not quiet meeting the requirements for the program therefore, I have decided to acquire a new GPC (Listed Below) with higher capacity compared to the current one which should be not only but plenty to enable all to run correct...I will hope!. The new GPC has just arrived yesterday and will be doing some testing this weekend after getting all programs transferred to the new tower. I feel 99.99% that the outcome will be Excellent results. Will post results later. Thank you all for your suggestions and post. Greatly appreciated all the assistance and feedback.

Hi Jorgen; You are not going to believe this one my friend, but once again my Sim PD3v4.5 crashed just about the same time duration previously listed on the first topic, even with the new Gmg PC and while using a Aerosoft Airbus 321. I have listed the report from the Event Reliability Rep below. Dammit!!..It was running beautifully..lol. It has occurred x2 in a row today. I will be doing a testing with a PMDG Vehicle and see what happens. Any thoughts?

Hey Jorgen, quick question, Any chances of sharing a video clip of another problem encountered. I don't see a way to do an attachment perhaps by private msg, it's that possible. It takes place on the splash screen while flying. It looks like excessive flashing on the screen while the Sim it's running. Any thoughts?
