Huge FPS drop after Reinstalling WINDOWS 10 - URGENT

Hello everyone,

I had to reinstall windows 10 and so is my p3d + addons and my specs are as below:-

i9-99000K
MSI 2080TI
64GB RAM
Z390 Motherboard

What is happening right now is that, everything has been installed well and when I started default scenario on F22, I was surprised by the FPS drop to 20-30 compared to 60-70(on the ground) before I reinstalled P3D. My graphics driver is all up to date and I am not sure what is causing this to take place weirdly. Checked all other graphics setting from NCP and other games run really good.

I am sure this is not the right forum to ask however I am still waiting an email activation to right on P3D forum so this was the only place to ask for ideas and comments.

If the simulation is running smoothly, then who cares about the frame rate? The frame rate is only part of the picture, and you cannot see any more than about 25 or 30 anyway - those are the TV frame rates.

Do you have stutters now?

Hi Brad,

I followed the debugging process and even reinstalled the Graphics driver DCH version for windows 10 from Nvidia, I am not getting positive result. Frame rate is around 25 with settings I used to play in past.
