Bug report: large Water bodies missing, e.g. Lake Geneva

With Prepar3D v6 several large water polygons were lost during the scenery compilation:
I've just stumbled over missing Lake Geneva (225 sq mi, in Switzerland), in v5.4 it was still there. This example breaks down to this file:
...\Prepar3D v6\Scenery\0601\scenery\cvx4915.bgl
Using the TmfViewer (from the SDK) we can see that the water polygon is missing, only the "water polygon (GPS)" is implemented, which is not used for 3D scenery display. Using the same tool, you will quickly find more examples - the largest Lake of Sweden (Vänern) is also missing.

I can confirm I can see it as well.

Otherwise, it has to be said, it looks stunning. VR through here would be incredible.
