KERNELBASE.dll and radeonsoftware.exe Crashes

I have been having this freeze with KERNELBASE.dll, as well as radeonsoftware.exe which has identical behavior, for quiet some time. I can go hours without an issue, or it can happen pretty quick. It is either a CTD or complete freeze that forces me to hard reboot my PC.
I have P3D v4.5
Windows 10 Pro
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT with 20.5.1 Drivers installed
No overclocking on either CPU or GPU.
No temperature issues that I can see.
