ON going Major Problem

Post by asanal »

V5, it doesnt starts the "First Prepar3d" screen. " circle turning "around but nothing happens. I have to manually stop the computer, to restart it again
All those problems started when " DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" appears on my screen over SIX Months ago and keep crashing my PC.
I really gave up.

First step: update the graphics card driver.

Second step: run Windows Update, and under Advanced options in Update, make sure the switch "Receive updates for other Microsoft products" is set to On. Leave the switch in the On position.

1- Graphics card driver updated 548.17
2- Windows updated. Advanced option updated and switch is set to ON.

Boot the PC. Started P3Dv5, first screen appeared and circle keep circling. Manually stop the P3D.
